next group tour:

- Decide on your itinerary including dates,
places to visit and the number of participants you
would like in your group.

- Call A La Carte Travel at 1-866-233-8282 to
discuss your trip, or fill out this form and submit to
our office.

- Receive recruitment material including
personalized posters, brochures, and
applications.

- Announce the trip and invite students and
parents to a meeting on the school intercome, or
send an email to the parents and students.

- Hold a meeting with interested parents and
students to discuss the trip and set a deadline to
collect the applications.

- Collect the completed applications and deposits
and send them to the A La Carte Travel office.

- Relax! A La Carte Travel will handle the rest.
We will send welcome letters, insurance
information, and monthly statements to each
individual and we will arrange every detail of your
trip.
